Slovenian consumers to access heat pumps under CLEAR-HP

Today, the Slovenian consumer association (ZPS) has launched its first collective purchase campaign of the CLEAR-HP project, and its eighth collective purchase campaign overall. This initiative offers consumers access at a more affordable price to high quality air-to-water heat pumps, a cost-effective and sustainable alternative to fossil-fuel heating.

ZPS believes that the end of winter and the onset of spring is the ideal time to upgrade heating systems. Heat pumps are highly energy-efficient, providing three to four times more heat energy than the electricity they consume, making them a key solution for reducing heating costs and lowering greenhouse gas emissions.

ZPS builds on extensive experience to offer more than just a product purchase – the campaign provides a well-structured, consumer-focused service that includes comprehensive guidance and support throughout the entire process, from consumer workshops to purchase and installation. This ensures a seamless, fairly-priced and secure experience for consumers, making the transition straightforward and hassle-free.

Slovenian consumers can now sign up to the campaign here. The registration is free of charge with no obligation to buy. Participants will first learn more about heat pumps and the advantageous offer before deciding on the purchase and installation.

The CLEAR-HP project was created to simplify consumers’ access to heat pumps by guiding them throughout the whole purchasing journey. Across seven European countries, CLEAR-HP project partners aim to promote awareness and empower consumers to lead the clean energy transition and improve the energy performance and comfort of their homes while reducing their energy bills.

ZPS’s campaign marks the start of this year’s campaign series, with Italy following in February and Slovakia in March 2025.
